    Our Delivery Options

    We offer two levels of service to meet your needs. You can select your preferred option at checkout.

    Standard Doorstep Delivery

    Cost:  £30-80 Our efficient and reliable standard service. Your items will be delivered safely to the main ground-floor entrance of your address (the front door of your house or the main lobby of an apartment building).

    Estimated 5-14 working days (Non Bespoke items).

    All-day delivery slot (8 am - 8 pm)

    This is a one-person delivery service.

    Please note: This service does not include carrying items up stairs, assembly, or packaging removal. You will be responsible for moving the items into your home.

     

    Premium Delivery

    Cost: £80-200

    Our hassle-free, premium service designed for your complete peace of mind. Let us do all the heavy lifting.

    Scheduled 2-hour time slot

    Pre-delivery courtesy call from the delivery team

    Two-person team will deliver your furniture to your room of choice (up to two flights of stairs).

    Full assembly of your new furniture (e.g., attaching legs, assembling bed frames).

    Removal and recycling of all packaging materials.

    Please note: This service does not include fixing items to walls (e.g., mirrors, headboards).

    The Delivery Process: What to Expect

    Order Confirmed: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, which includes your order summary and estimated delivery window.

    Order in Preparation: Your items are being picked, quality-checked, and carefully packaged by our warehouse team.

    Dispatched: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the courier's website.

    Booking Your Delivery

    Premium Delivery only: If you've selected our Premium Delivery service, our delivery partner will contact you directly (via text or phone) to schedule a convenient 2-hour delivery slot.

    Delivery Day: On the day of delivery, our team will give you a courtesy call when they are on their way.

    How to Prepare for Your Delivery

    To ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, please follow this simple checklist.

    Measure Your Space: Please measure your doorways, hallways, and any staircases to ensure your new furniture will fit. Check the "Dimensions" tab on the product page for exact measurements.

    Clear the Path: Ensure the path from the delivery van to your room of choice is clear of any obstacles, such as ornaments, pictures, or other furniture.

    Protect Your Home: We recommend protecting your floors and carpets with coverings where the delivery team will be walking and working.

    Be Available: An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What if my item arrives damaged? We have a rigorous quality-check process, but in the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please note it on the delivery driver's form if possible. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair immediately.

    What if I miss my scheduled delivery? If you miss your Standard Delivery, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery. For a missed White Glove appointment, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you won't be able to make your scheduled time.

    Can I change my delivery address? For security reasons, we can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to make a change, please contact our team at least 48 hours before your dispatch date.
